The need for high quality CBD strains with a low THC percentage (<1%) continues to increase. Dutch Passion can hardly keep up with the demand for the industry leading CBD strain, CBD Charlotte's Angel, so they have decided to add another member to the collection of high CBD, low THC cannabis seeds.
Dutch Passion has crossed the best-selling sativa dominant CBD Charlotte's Angel with one of the most stable strains, namely the classic indica dominant Mazar.
CBD Mazar has a slightly lower CBD level than CBD Charlotte's Angel. CBD Mazar produces approximately 10% to 13% CBD, but the THC level is always below 1%. On average, CBD Mazar shows between 0.4% and 0.5% THC.
Due to the indica breeding characteristics of this medicinal strain, compared to CBD Charlotte's Angel Dutch Passion has reduced its flowering time by one week, i.e. from 9 to 8 weeks. Outdoors, this plant is ready at the end of September.
The production potential can be classified as "big". The buds are hard and dense. The terpene profile leans towards the earthy, kushy and spicy part of the spectrum. As this plant is quite resinous, it can be used for extraction purposes and for making oils.
