Auto Creeper by Super Sativa Seed Club
In the 1980s, the SSSC worked with an indica strain called Williams Wonder. It was an interesting and casually odd strain for research. At times it showed traits like those of autoflowering strains. This was unusual, as autoflowering genetics were not yet understood at the time.
Autoflowering seed varieties need careful research. There are still many unproductive and low yielding small plants from inferior seed companies. However, recently some truly exceptional autoflowering genetics have also been created. These sometimes came about through selective breeding of autoflowering plants grown with the best genetics over several generations. When done well, this preserves both the autoflowering gene and the THC-rich and flavor/aroma characteristics of the photoperiod genetics of the same family.
After studying autoflowering breeding, we worked on Auto Creeper. In our opinion this brings a whole new approach to autoflowering. When the SSSC was re-established, we knew that a new autoflowering strain was needed for the modern seed collection. But it had to be of a higher quality than the average quality auto strains that dominate the market today.
Auto Creeper was made from scratch, using the THC-rich genetics of our photoperiod Creeper sativa. We still had the autoflowering version of the original Williams Wonder in our seed archive. This is what we used to give the autoflowering traits to the genetics.
It took over three years of effort and many backcrosses with the original Creeper until our team was satisfied with the quality. Auto Creeper is normally one meter tall and has a wide canopy. It requires about 11 weeks between planting and harvest, occasionally a couple of weeks longer for the more potent yielding phenotypes. The buds look like real sativa flowers, elongated and stretchy. You may notice broad, indica-shaped leaves that reveal its Williams Wonder indica heritage. But the smell and potent effects are genuine sativa. You can expect generous harvests, especially under intense light conditions.
