Jungle Wreck is the serendipitous product of some degree of confusion in the breeding labs. It resulted from a cross of an unknown Colombian indica strain (thought possibly to be Santa Marta Gold) together with a mystery citrus-flavoured indica plant.

Although an accidental product this strain looked so promising during its growth that it was allowed to go to full maturity, a decision which proved extremely fortunate as it exceeded all original expectations.

If nothing else Jungle Wreck certainly underlines the need for precision and an adherence to accurate labelling for all breeders and wannabes out there! Jungle Wreck is, therefore, an indica dominant marijuana strain with a pronounced lemon flavour. It is ideally suited to indoor cultivation, especially in a Sea of Green (SoG) set-up although it also performs very well outdoors in warmer climates. It has a THC level of 18.5% and, although not tested for CBD levels at the time, its relaxing, giggly high leads us to believe that is naturally high in cannabidiol (CBD).
